Inclusive Flat Rate
Our rates are set to be as transparent as possible with one flat fee you pay in two portions: 50% with signing and 50% 90 days prior to the event date. Vendors
We offer a lot of flexibility for you to pick the caterer that is right for your style or budget among an approved list of trusted vendors. There is a set list of caterers, bartenders, and planners that we allow to work on property based on our experience with them to offer you the most successful event possible.
Other vendors for floral design, entertainment, photography, etc. are entirely at your discretion but will be offered a clear set of policies and procedures so that your event runs smoothly for you and your guests.
